Do I need a logo, photos, or a domain before contacting you?
No. Start with what you have. We can use your existing logo and photos, or a clean text treatment of your business name if you don’t have a logo. If something important is missing, we’ll explain the options before work begins.
What if one page is not enough?
Then we plan a larger scope. Additional pages and features are quoted based on the actual work involved. You don’t have to start small if your business needs more from the beginning.
How soon will I see my website?
For a standard Starter Website, we aim for the first private preview within 3–5 business days after the agreed scope, information, assets, access, and any required third-party costs are ready. This is a target for the first review, not a guaranteed launch date.
When do I pay?
For the current Starter Website offer, there is no build fee upfront. You review the website, use your included revision round, and approve the completed work before the build balance is due. Payment is due before launch. Approved third-party expenses are paid upfront.
Can I use the email address I already have?
Yes. We can display your existing personal or business email and send the basic contact form to one agreed inbox. New business email, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, migrations, and other email systems are quoted separately.
Can the website grow later?
Yes. You can add pages, features, integrations, or other functionality when they make sense for the business. Those additions are scoped and priced separately.
Will the website automatically bring me customers?
No website can honestly promise that. The Starter Website gives people a professional place to understand your business and contact you. Bringing people to it may involve Google setup, local SEO, advertising, content, social media, referrals, or other marketing work.
